In a meadow north of Plas Einion farmhouse is a tumulus.  Its name to this day is, ‘Bedd y Cawr’, which translates as, ‘The Giant’s Grave’, and is named after the tradition that a giant is buried within the mound.  Unusually, the tradition gives us a name of the giant - Einion.
